Charge battery on iDrive still after charging

Hey guys i replaced my battery exactly one year ago its VARTA 90 AGM SILVER, i didnt charge my battery for over a year i think or half of it at least i connected my CTEK to charge it as usual for 18 hours, i unplugged CTEK(it was all green as always after charge) and the message its still present, my air condition is working for half of the speed, the music is going down everytime i turn off the ignition and other stuff, i don’t know why it isnt charged, what could be the problem(yes i did the „adaptation” new battery in Rheingold BMW service program on my laptop my car knows its new battery) What could be the issue is it a faulty battery(i doubt it) or someother things that need replacing and are connected with charging, the cars is from 2012(europe) and its 230 000 kms running 335 i xdrive

Use one of these or the equivalent to see what the state of your battery is: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

If it says the battery is good then you have a fault in the car power management system, or perhaps something as simple as a loose connection of the battery cables.

I have read that AGM batteries don't like to be flat. Since yours was flat for several months, at least, your battery may be dead now. As mentioned, have it checked.

First step is measuring the unloaded voltage of the battery...
