NBT Bluetooth and USB help

I just retrofitted my 2014 320i with an NBT unit. Everything was pretty much plug and play except my Bluetooth and USB. I have a combox in the truck but was wondering if anyone had a solution in which I didn't have to run the cables from the combox to the head unit? I don't really want to strip my car for that.

You can buy a new fakra cable to route the USB port directly to the HU, and a new mic cable for the Bluetooth mic.
