Went to try to obtain an OTS map for the first time and I'm getting an error saying FAILED....

They just updated the OBD agent software. Make sure all of your software is updated.

Since this latest agent update, I have been trying to download maps before flashing and the download is left hanging. Really hanging. I am not flashing until this is fixed.

Since I am in an apartment with no access to a power outlet, can I use a Portable Power Station Jump Starter, similar to the one below since it has it's own battery and I'd only need it hooked up for about 15 min or will these things not charge the battery while hooked up?

Also, when using a charger, are you not supposed to hook up in the trunk at the battery and instead use some leads/connection points under the hood?

Guys i just bought 18 340xi mppsk and ofc first thing i order downpipe and intake for bm3 st2.How much hp i should expect with bm3 st2 ots map? The sound in sport with that exhaust is crazy maybe better then my 335 with catless dp and dinan back.

No ethanol 😕Here we have shell V power racing which is 100octane (98ron).

Hmmm. As far as I know, 98ron isn't US 100 octane. It's more like our 93 or maybe 94. If it's 98 Ron, I agree with kern417 that you'll be in the low 400's.
If you had access to true 100 octane race gas, it would be higher.

As someone smarter than me said, these cars really like octane.

Exactly its your 93.will see next week but i tried to make dragy times with 95 0-100 4.9 1/4 13 seconds and with our 100 octane:

98 Euro is around 93 US and you 100 is 94/95 so go with a 93 map and log before trying anything else

Yeah next week my intake and dp have to arrive...i already buy bm3 license and st2 93 ots map is waiting to remap.Even stock the car runs perfect just little bit slower then my 335i bm3 st2 😎

is there a transmission flash for the b58 that i can use w the bootmod stg 1 93 octane map?
Just got my car its a 540 and flashed it today and its a monster but i heard there is a trans flash as well from xHP. Does that work w bootmod or does bootmod offer one? Whats the difference? and does it work on all b58 even the 540s?
Also anyone have exhaust for there g30 540s? quads? got this addiction and cant stop.

Yes, you can certainly use xHP with BM3.

There's not a lot of data to work with, but the first thing that jumped out to me is you're not hitting boost targets. It's shooting for 15PSI+ and you're struggling to hold more than 6.

To run a proper log, start at 2000rpm and floor it to 6500-7000rpm. And in the mean time you can investigate if you have a boost leak somewhere.
