It does. If you look up the part number on the mat 51472239936 it fits F30,F32,F80.

Fits all F30's & F31's regardless of engine.

Unfortunately, based on all the strut bar discussions, there is a high likelihood the DME cover will get in the way on the B58 engines. I have a pending buyer but if that falls through, I can bring it to work in Burlington and meet you if you want to test fit it. It's for the 5 bolt.
