Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot the led in my m4 seat would be appreciated. I connected as instructed here; pin 7 on seat connector to 2 in armrest . seats however are a great upgrade!

For the illumination of the M3 logo, the easiest way is to connect as the next picture.

You can plug the power supply as I did on my F30

Pin 7 seat connector to pin 2 on armrest led. It should work. Check your connection and make sure it’s in contact

Seat frame and Seat Modul are the same at F87 and F82. Maybe pinning problem.

Did your OEM F87 seat had a small black or a big white Seat Modul? Which Seat Modul have the F82 seat.

Pinning is the same if both seats(pöd and new) have the big white seat modul.

I think may be my wiring or problem tapping pin 2.

I have big white box on both seats!

All except for the lights, not a huge deal though. Gonna try to troubleshoot them tonight,hopefully something simple! Not sure though as I thought I connected correctly to e561b pin 2 as instructed and I used the same wire Mousejunior provided me to pin 7 on seat.

Got them working! Not a lot of work. My t connector just wasn't splicing the wire.

Anything I can do about a small hum coming from the drivers side light? They look great but the noise may be annoying enough to unplug them any help appreciated!

yes it makes a little noise, I had the same problem

The other solution is to connect it as original as the schema attached

Thanks a lot David! Really appreciate your help!

Think that'll stop the noise? Did that work for you? That'd be worth the bit of effort if noise goes. Do the lights constantly stay on wired this way too or only as a welcome light?

on my original M3 there is no noise. It lights up in welcome light.

Thanks David. Know of a way to get lights always on without sound? Reason being is i want to add a switch and have my own control of the lights. However the noise will probably lead me to direct wire as you suggested.

It all depends on how much you bought the interior leather M3.the full interior + the dashboard cost me 5000 €

Correct! That's exactly what I have! Probably something missing from your list if anything ahah

Sorry thought I had replied. Entire oem and new! Seats from mousejunior. Worth it, car is much more premium!
