f30 Headlight adjustment

Previous owner had a little fender bender and my left headlight is slightly pushed in towards the grille. I am just looking to adjust it and would like to avoid removing the whole bumper to adjust the actual casing.

Any ideas? Or do I need to remove the bumper, loosen the headlight to line up with grille and bumper?
