Whats the highest capacity USB stick you have used?
I'm looking for alternatives since I have filled up my old sandisk 128gb. I spotted this on amazon:

I occasionally use a 250GB external drive, one powered by a USB cable. Not formatted to FAT32 or anything, still using NTFS file system and has worked fine for both music and videos.

In this thread the OP uses a 1Tb hard drive, not a pen drive but I can’t see why a smaller pen drive wouldn’t work?
