eBay LED headlight retrofit

Hi all. I'd like to purchase and install the attached eBay LED headlights that I came across. My 2012 F30 335i currently has bi-xenon adaptive headlights. The seller says they are just plug and play with no coding required which I think is questionable. I do have esys installed on my PC and have coded my M Perf brakes in the past so I have some light coding experience. My questions are

1- Do you think this is a good buy with no red flags?
2- Can anyone point me to a definitive guide on coding the new headlights?
3- What would be a fair asking price for my adaptive bi-xenon headlights when I'm ready to sell them?
