No warning tones
My audio has been cutting out recently so I bought a fibre optic loop on Amazon. I put the loop on the amplifier because I thought there would be a good chance that will be the culprit but it wasn’t. I scanned my car using Carly and it came up as a most ring break up so it’s gotta be one of the modules in the car. What other modules in the car can I check?
One other question I have is if I installed the fibre optic loop correctly. Am I able to just remove the whole connector with the fibre optic cables inside then remove the fibre optic cables and plug in the fibre optic loop. After that, am I able to just plug the whole connector back in without the fibre optic cable inside or is there something that I missed. Thanks for taking the time to read this I really appreciate it. |

Check your battery...if it is original to the car it is probably due for a replacement. One strange symptom of a failing battery is that the audio will intermittently cut out.

I replaced my battery about a month ago because it was pretty old but I didn’t solve the problem.
