Powder Coating Calipers - Milwaukee, WI

Hoping some of my local BMW owners here know of some possible places for this. I’d like to get my calipers powdered coated and I called a place in Racine. The only issue is I’d have to have my calipers taken off my car elsewhere and then transport them to the place. The turnaround time is 2-weeks!

Has anyone had this done to their calipers at a shop that can do this all in one?

Powdercoating calipers is a long process. They have to be disassembled to remove pistons, seals, caps, everything. It can be a mess with using air pressure to remove them and residual brake fluid getting everywhere. Then calipers are media blasted. Then powder coated and baked in an oven. Then the pistons can usually be reused, but I'd replace all seals, caps, bleed screws. Centric has caliper rebuild kits.

An alternative is to paint the calipers on the car with G2USA Caliper Paint. Brush it on and it levels out as it dries to a hard sprayed-on looking finish.

I've done both methods.
Hope this helps!

Here's a video that shows the powder coating process. Attached photo is G2USA Caliper Paint.
