Any exhaust tips options forM performance exhaust?

I was so happy when I found the BMS exhaust tip and then I read they are only made for the stock exhaust, not M performance.

Any options for it without paying crazy money?

What exactly are you looking for? From what i think i understand, you have the chrome m performance tips ?
If so, you could have them powdercoated in black, glossy or matte. This option is not very expensive and changes the look / signature of your car.

Yeah I'm about to buy a car with the M exhaust.

Oh wow that's really nice. Are they easy to take off?

Yup, just loosen the set screw as shown in 1st pic link, remove tip, install tip/align, tighten set screw

Ok nice.

I guess I'll coat them in a glossy black.

Update: It's 225$ for powder coat and they say they only do flat black. Kinda sucks.

No sir all the aftermarket options are blah or reps.

Spend the dough and get the OEM CF tips

Oh. My. God. Never will I buy that. Maybe if I don't get a 435i and get something lower I could save for that but powder coat gloss black will still look nice for now haha

Yeah the price was stupid but I wanted something beefier and couldn't bring myself to putting cheap rep tips on such an expensive exhaust to begin with.

The black powder coated tips are an excellent alternative!

Yeah I understand, those carbon tips are very nice though definitely quality. At 350$ I would do it to.

But yeah, hopefully gloss black will look nice. Don't know what other colors I should do it on a black car.

You can also get just 2 of the titanium tips made for the M2 MPE they work just fine and are less than CF. Or the regular stainless ones are avail on eBay from Sun BMW for $140 for the pair and they look perfectly fine.

I believe op is looking for other option other than stainless. The titanium ones are arguably aesthetically the same with the exception of the Ti yellow tinge colour.

I've got the 3.5 inch slash cut black chrome BMS tips on my MP exhaust on my M235. It's the same exact muffler can and pipe setup as the 3 and 4 series. BMS says the tips don't fit the MP exhaust but they do with a little effort.
