feel your pain, I had also nightmare story few months ago. Fitter was taking the wheel off the bolts, simply dropped the wheel to brake disc - scratch on wheel & also Blue m sport calliper. Next, started removing old weights by screw driver, you can only imagine how the wheel looked after that. I deleted picture already as its still painful to look back on it.
I went mad, they offered refurb of the wheels, which i refused with getting fixed the damage myself and they cover the cost. From now on, I will remove the wheels and weights myself before I go to any tyre shop. |

I'm now much more inclined to get tyres done at the dealer, I'd expect that they'd be more careful in the first place and much more understanding if there were any issues.
