Haven't been on here in a while, no time to do much car stuff. Working 2 full time jobs right now. I'm ordering car parts but most of it won't be put on until after Spring. I threw on my rear spacers a month ago but couldn't get the fronts done because a couple of the stems were seized on there. Finally got a chance to get to my mechanic and have him get them out. With those out I could finalize my wheel stud conversion and put my spacers on the fronts as well. 12mm in the front, 20mm in the rear. I'm really happy with the look now. This should last me through the winter beater months.

Next step is custom quad exhaust and quad rear diffuser.

loved your E92 and so far I am not disappointed with where this current build is going. Subbed! Look forward to seeing the end result and your mods installed after winter.

Thank you sir. I miss that car a little bit more every passing day. It's so weird going back to a completely stock car. Even worse, having no time to modify this one the way I want to, as quickly as I want to. I could go crazy, but winter is here and it would be foolish of me with this being my DD. Progress will be slow until March-ish... it's certainly coming though.

Finally starting to order pieces for this thing with the holidays being over. F82 Style Rear Spoiler in gloss black came in yesterday... I likes it a lot.

Ordered my quad diffuser, front lip and quad exhaust tips today. Should all be here within a couple weeks.

Got my car coded last night by Alex@Alpine, he is quite certainly the man. Much happier with the car now having simple fratures adjusted to work more... efficiently. List below, please reach out to him if you have any coding needs.

Windows Up/Down with Fob
Windows Up with Comfort Access
Folding Mirrors with Key (Instant)
Folding Mirrors with C.A. (Instant)

Unlock Doors with Single Pull
5 Blinks Lane Indicator
Remove Amber Side Marker
Auto Start/Stop OFF
Door Handle LED in Reverse
Increase Ambient light to 80%
Tail Lights as DRL

Remove iDrive Accept Warning
Activate DVD in Motion
Auto Climate OFF

Digital Number Display TPMS

Also got my quad diffuser and M Sport front lip. Both have been dropped off for paint. Hopefully I can get both pieces along with my M4 spoiler installed on Saturday. That's the plan for now... but we'll see how it goes.

Got everything installed today. Gloss black front lip, AW side markers, gloss black trunk lip and gloss black quad diffuser. I'm waiting for a few other pieces to come in for my custom exhaust, hopefully I'll find time to get it done next week. As you can see my tints have to go back on... dumbass laws... should be done in a few weeks.

She's coming along slowly but surely now...

Finally got around to doing my custom exhaust! And I must say... I absolutely FUCKING HATE IT! LMAO. This is the droniest, whiniest engine I've ever dealt with. Oh my gawd... I did pretty much the exact same setup that was on my e92 (which sounded INCREDIBLE!!!) and it sounds disgusting. I knew it would sound different being a single versus a true dual exhaust, but I had no idea it would be this different. However, I must say I love all the pops, gurgles and what not. It's intoxicating, but everything else blows. I'm taking it back to the shop on Saturday to make some modifications. If it doesn't get better I may be forced to buy a prefabbed exhaust.

Lmao. Will do. I just uploaded the video to YouTube. It sounds decent from outside but the drone inside is bad. I'm gonna take a video of me driving tomorrow.

Took some in cabin video with the new exhaust setup for reference. 3 in total, the 1st is in Comfort Mode, with the 2nd and 3rd being Sport Mode. The drone isn't as noticeable in the videos, but it's definitely there.

It's growing on me daily as it settles, but I have to figure it out. Thinking of a J Pipe and some custom insulated hangers.

I've deduced that the drone is primarily in Comfort Mode from 1500-2200RPM in just about every gear. It's pretty much cut in half when I'm in Sport Mode. While driving in Sport Mode all the time may seem like fun, my gas mileage will be murdered even more so than it already has been with my now city based commute. I've decided to head back to the exhaust shop tomorrow morning and have them weld in a couple J-pipes to absorb the resonance and kill some of this drone. I've had this work done before and works extremely well. Will upload another video on Monday when I get a chance to.

Hey man, I recently got back into a f30 msport as well! Getting the mod bug again too! Your car is looking great, where did you get the front lip and diffuser? Wanted to go bmw performance but there are sooooo many cheaper options out there, how was the fit on your parts?

Ebay for me, ALWAYS! I usually look for the sellers based out of Taiwan or Hacienda, California as they have had the highest quality and best fitment of the places I've used. Stay away from anything FIBERGLASS or out of CHINA directly. I always do black accents so some pieces that come painted can't be beat for the pricing. Look for poly as well. Fitment on my rear diffuser and spoiler are about 9/10. I'd give the front an 8/10 but that's only because I didn't care to have them make the adjustments before paint. I love my car but I'm not a super perfectionist with front lips as I know it's gonna get beat to shit once I put my coils on.

Hope this helps, happy modding.

Thanks man! Care to share links to your specific purchase shops on eBay? Filtering through hundreds of resellers, your parts look like they fit well.

Let me know.

I wish I knew. I delete my items from my history after I install them. PM me what you're looking for and I'll do a quick search for you and shoot you the link. I usually find mine pretty fast.
