SOCAL: Windshield Replacement Shops?

Any reasonably priced places anyone knows for Windshield Replacement in/around the LA Area?

Rock chip turned into nasty spider crack under the heat. With HUD and Rain Sensor, i've gotten some downright nasty quotes on glass.

Thanks!!

I learned to have a decent comprehensive coverage with my insurance for this type of cars just because of the windshields. They are not cheap to replace. I had a high deductible on comprehensive coverage at the time, Safelite was the least expensive for me with out insurance, even with the aftermarket windshield it was a bit costly.

I went here and it was installed in less than 30 mins for about $500

I have HUD and rain sensors. Both still work, HUD is a little blurry but still functional. Not bad for $500, not OEM glass though.

I was quoted for $3k at the dealership. They recommended replacing the rain sensors and using OEM BMW glass too.

I wish I had a lower deductible for comprehensive insurance when my break in glass occurred. I originally had a $1000 deductible, now I've lowered it to $250 because of this experience. If I were to do it all over again, I would go through my insurance with a $250 deductible and go OEM BMW glass. I've heard mixed things (mostly negative) about Safelite.

Hope this helps!
