Installed a prepainted ebay "M3 style" trunk lip. For $75 (was on sale) I'm pretty happy with it.

subtle little kick to it, surprising what a difference even just a small trunk spoiler makes.

Thanks! I didn't like how large the m performance spoiler was and I don't want to put any carbon on this car so it was the obvious choice for me. Really helps balance the car since it has the M performance parts on the front and sides but only had the m sport rear.

I think I may do a MP dual exhaust tip and MP rear diffuser in the near future to round the back of the car off, but unfortunately that will take a little modification since the tips were designed for the EU 320d and the US 328d is slightly different from it's EU counterpart.

Recently changed my interior trim to blue hex but that left the doors with the stock matte black accent molding which I wasn't thrilled with. Just had that changed to Estoril Blue to match. Very happy camper now.

Just installed a bimmertech front camera which means I can finally stop backing into every single parking space I encounter. Curb anxiety is a thing of the past

Ditched the M Sport rear diffuser for an M Performance version. Me gusta.

Do you just pop them off? Or do you have to take the door card off?

Door cards have to come off. Old pieces have to be cut off from the inside, new pieces have to be glued in.

Damn, I swapped my interior to the brushed aluminum with gloss black trim. I have the silver trim and was thinking about trying to do the same if it was easier than that. The silver doesn't bother me enough. Thank you!

You can always wrap them. Much less invasive, cheaper, and reversible. If you poke around a bit you'll find a thread or two that covers this topic.

Unfortunately one of my custom side skirt decals got torn up today going through a carwash. Have peeled them both completely off and will be leaving the area in its stock painted form for now. Fun while it lasted, lol.

On a lighter note, I ran into a bone stock pre-lci F3O in IBM in a parking lot so I did a quick side-by-side cell phone pic to highlight what my car used to look like vs how it looks now. Nice to see how far this build has come and that my efforts to create something more unique looking have paid off:

Finally got some new wheels on it, OEM 403M that I got off a forum member. Mounted them and took some teaser pics but since the TPMS sensors were DOA and the tires have to come off, I've decided to refinish them and fix all the curb rash and oxidization. Will post proper pics once they're redone.

Thanks, they're at the powder coaters now getting redone in bengal silver. Should hopefully have them on my car late next week.

I finally got my "new" 403M's back from the powder coater. I bought these used from a forum member with the intention of throwing them on as is, however upon closer inspection they were pretty beat up and the TPMS weren't compatible with my car, therefore the tires would have to come off regardless. Because of all that I decided to have the wheels redone. Two weeks, two fixed bends, four new valves, and lots of money I was hoping not to have to spend later, they're looking good as new. The color is called Bengal Silver. And yes, trust me I want to lower my car, but the roads here are insanely bad and I already scrape my front lip at stock xdrive ride height, so unfortunately that isn't an option.

Bought a blue and silver start/stop button from Kies Motorsports and a gloss black ignition bezel from IND. Not sure which to keep yet.

Car has come a long way. Nice build! Love the Bengal Silver wheels.
My 403m's are in a bad way up close, needs a powder coat too. Yours look great
It's a pity about the roads where you live, as a drop would do the car so much justice.
I also have an xDrive and since doing my drop it sorted the standard ride height!

Thanks so much! I know, I'd love to drop it but it's just not in the cards for me. Too many potential headaches.
