125mph in Nevada in my 2000 325i 14 years ago.
240kph (150mph) in 2018 in a new 530gt in Germany (legal).
250 to 230kph in Germany again in Audi A3, Merc CLS, and something else the last few years. Only the BMW and Mercedes-Benz actually felt stable at that speed. Normal cruising speed around 105mph and seems safe. In US, around 85mph.

Top speed limiter is at most going to be 155 but I've heard you can go faster than this stock.

145mph, it went up that speed VERY fast and felt so stable. I'll never do high speed again though, it's too risky to lose my license and not fun tbh. I prefer the quick little short bursts and loud pops underground.

340i MPPSK 180 MPH (175 GPS) and car was still pulling, I feel it would've hit 185 MPH (180 GPS)

140mph. I don't think I'll do that again, a bit scary tbh. 120 doesn't feel a big deal but hitting 140 felt like a whole different experience.

172mph on my HUD, Escort Max 360 radar detector read 170mph though, and that's GPS speed.

Anything above 160 mph is only possible with retune.
The electronic limiter is at 160 mph (257 km/h) indicated speed on the cluster.

Definitely needs speed limiter removal, mine is removed see above.

Actually 160 MPH (257 Km/h) is 155 MPH (250 Km/h) on the GPS, BMW are intentionally increasing their speedometer by around 3%.
