Wow! That car is beautiful. Love that color, love the wheels. BMW really is the ultimate driving machine.

My build includes:

Mineral Grey Metallic paint, Black Dakota Leather w/ Oyster highlight, Aluminum Dark Carbon trim, M-Sport Package, Track Handling Package, Adaptive M Suspension, 6MT, 704M wheels, heated front seats and PDC.

After taking delivery I drove pretty casually the past two weeks until I hit 1,200 miles. I just did a small break in service yesterday, consisting of an oil and filter change. I also installed Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires; BMW Black Kidney Grilles; M-Performance Alcantera & Carbon shift knob/boot, e-brake handle/boot and armrest. I also put all weather mats in the front.

So after the M-performance parts, tires and oil change, I was finally able to open it up last night a little bit... wow... this car is awesome. (I knew it was awesome prior to doing the beak in service, but I had been limiting myself to 4,500RPM... )

I am coming from an E90 335xi (AT) which I love (is now my wife's car) but the 340i is refined in so many ways. My biggest gripe is the steering in the F30... even in Sport+ it's just not the same as the E90... but I absolutely love everything else.

Anyway, that's my short intro on the new car, I am looking forward to many miles of fun. My future plans include an exhaust suite... debating MPPSK or AWE... time will tell.

Thanks for looking!
Gorgeous car

Let's just call 2020 the year of house projects. Deck, kitchen, doors, roof and bathroom. About halfway through. The 340i took a back seat but all for the better.

Awesome car man!
I just got mine with the very similar options and same color. I really like it.

I would never buy a minivan (but if I did it would be a Toyota so I could have that proper Baja tested 6-cyl motor powering me down the highway).

I have SOLD the 340i! I took a visit to my local dealer over the weekend and (fingers crossed) I'll have a new Bimmer this week. Hopefully more to come very very very soon.

The last two years have been wild, as we all know... my job went from 0-100mph and the car just slowly slid to the side of my focus. It was still a blast... all those mods were perfect for that car and having a few years to run it like that was really really something special that I won't soon forget. It was so analog, so raw, so mechanical.

Keep your eyes peeled...

Sad news... I really enjoyed watching your build as I have the same spec car etc. Good luck with the new Bimmer!

And that's a wrap — yesterday I took delivery of my CPO 2018 M3 CS in BSM. This car is incredible. I look forward to years of happy ownership.
