No, got rid of the run flats and I won't be going back. Put some continental extreme contact dws 06 all around! Much better ride with the stiffer B8's

Thanks for the feedback. Actually that's the exact tire I have on the M4 wheels. I was going to change those to run flats... I was just worried in case of a flat tire in a rural area or at a late night. I don't have a spare or any tools (jack & wrench ) in the car 🤓

Just going to have a fix a flat kit haha. Road noise is a lot quieter, handling is better, tires are cheaper, ride in general is a lot better. Worth the risk of a flat late at night. Knock on wood, I have yet to get a flat in the past four years

You are correct! Tires are less than 1% in difference. Either 0.4 or 0.6 I can't remember exactly and I'm too lazy to recalculate on mobile.

Hey, the wheels looks really look on the color. Is it Mineral Grey or Space Gray ? Also, Do you get any rubbing on the front tires when you turn your wheel to the apex ? I had the same setup in diameter, 245/45/18 and 275/40/18 and had some rubbing up front. The rubbing would happen towards the back of the tires where the front splash guard would sit. My rears are ok and just rub slightly when i go up an incline / driveway at an angle, im okay with that.

Wheels are gunmetal grey and they have about 1mm of clearance at the apex of the left and right turn! No rubbing so far!

Hey bmw22915,
I see you got the new tires back in June - any issues with the tire setup thus far? I'm actually thinking of doing the same tire setup for my All Season tires since there are no A/S in 235/40 and 265/35 for 19" rims.

EDIT: Also wondering how the wear is front/rear? I heard IX wear on the rear is heavier so the rear tends to go first

See photos for perfect "8min" Slime kit and BMW scissor jack. Get a breaker bar and 17mm long socket, preferably 1/2" for both. Slime wipes right out and doesn't damage TPMS.
