19” rim offset questions - noob here

Hey guys/gals,
I bought a set of rims off a guy a few months back and never got around to installing them. Now I’m shifting gears and going a different route. Anyways I just now measured the offsets and need some opinions. The front is 19x9 and the rears are 19x10. I put the rims face down and measured the distance from the mounting pad to the ground and it’s a 2” difference from center of rim measurement on both. I did do it late last night and with a regular inches ruler and not a mm ruler, but my math comes out to +50 on both rims. Is this feasible to fit on a F30/31 or similar model? The guy I bought them off of had tire sizes picked out that he said would fit no problem but also offered spacers if I needed. He stated 235/40/19 would fit in front and 265/35/19 would be perfect for rear. Sorry for the long story but I’m New at this whole rim fitting game. Some insight from experienced people would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time..

I wouldn't trust your measurements honestly. +50 is very high and if they are truly +50 you'd want spacers, like 12-15mm at minimum but you won't know until you install them and measure properly.

Normally ET is stamped in the rim somewhere on the back

what is the brand and model of the wheels? +50 seems really really high. offset is +/- from the center of the wheel. Is that how you calculated?

They are Zito ZF03’s. I didn’t see anything on the rims stating offset. No matter which way I measure I have a 2” difference from centerline measurement. So let’s say the rear is 11” total width. I have 3-1/2” from face of rim to mounting pad and if I measure from “brake” side to mounting pad I have 7-1/2”. The centerline measurement for 11” is 5-1/2”.

Zito's website says: Offsets available: ET25 – E45

I know I saw the same thing. I clearly got 2” +/- 1/16”.
