Quoted me 711 a year! Go on moneysupermarket and they then quote 590 and cheapest from others was 488 so far.

It is just a fact of life. I never accept any insurance renewal, house, bike or car. Renewal for my ZX10R with MCE was £114, Compare the Market, same insurance company, £95 plus a meerkat superman and another 12 months of 2 for 1 cinema tickets, result. Also try Aviva via Quidco to get £60 cashback

Hastings came up trumps for me over the last 3 years, with very little increase. And i am talking £20 ish. And that was down to the government IPT increase.
My 335d with all mods declared £340.
My wife's Suzuki Jimny £165.
Both FC and £150 excess.
Not worth shopping around year after year at those prices.
My Impreza P1 was insured with Sky Insurance, again all mods declared, and quite a few of them. £350 FC no excess on this one and they mirrored my full NCB i have on my BM.
