EDC to non-EDC conversion

I am new to BMW's and forums, please go easy on me.

I currently have a 2014 435i with adaptive M suspension. Previous owner installed lowering springs wearing out the struts. Trying to find replacements with EDC was almost impossible, so I order a set of Bilstein B14/16's and EDC cancellation kit. Rears went on flawlessly however, the front did not. Where the end links mount on the strut, it is setup to fit the driver side, but not passenger side. This foolish mistake is 100% on me, again I am new to BMW's. Is it there anyway possible to make the rightside fit, any sort of EDC conversion maybe?

All you need is another driver's side end link. It's the same end link on both sides for the non EDC version struts.

With EDC there are two different endlinks is all.

I replaced both of mine when doing the conversion

Looking to do this job myself soon.

Did you just replace them with OEM links or did you go aftermarket?

Any reason you replaced both? Im guessing just to have it fully refreshed

They can start clunking over time so figured I'd just replace them while they were already disconnected anyway. They're cheap enough and honestly I didn't like how the ends were plastic on the OEM ones.
I used MOOG but there's lots of options
