440i Post PPF exhaust options?

Hi all.

So my 440i is a July build and thus can't have the MPPSK kit. Whilst the noise (or lack of) has never really bothered me, I've done all I want cosmetically so I thought I may investigate this.

I want to stay inside my BMW warranty so I am guessing my options are very limited but is there much that can be done to improve the exhaust note?

M Performance rear silencer.
You lose the flap valve function though (it comes with a termination plug so no errors).

BMW fit, but technically not compatible with your car. As in, it will likely physically fit, but BMW don't approve of the install for new legislative reasons.
I would imagine that makes it not warranty friendly.

Put your VIN into shop.bmw.co.uk which will give a definitive answer (and horrendous price!)

Seems to be the exhaust silencer is not technically an option for a 440i but is for a 140i etc. Odd. Guess I'll have to wait to maybe do aftermarket one day.

Don't want to rock the warranty boat but MPPSK not an option as its a Q3 2018 car.
