440i Post PPF exhaust options?
Hi all.
So my 440i is a July build and thus can't have the MPPSK kit. Whilst the noise (or lack of) has never really bothered me, I've done all I want cosmetically so I thought I may investigate this. I want to stay inside my BMW warranty so I am guessing my options are very limited but is there much that can be done to improve the exhaust note? |

M Performance rear silencer.
You lose the flap valve function though (it comes with a termination plug so no errors). |

I would imagine that makes it not warranty friendly. |

Put your VIN into shop.bmw.co.uk which will give a definitive answer (and horrendous price!)

Seems to be the exhaust silencer is not technically an option for a 440i but is for a 140i etc. Odd. Guess I'll have to wait to maybe do aftermarket one day.
Don't want to rock the warranty boat but MPPSK not an option as its a Q3 2018 car. |
