F22 Adaptive M Suspension on F36?

I'm retrofitting an adaptive M suspension on my F36 gran coupe 440i
I've found that my mechanic is fitting this part number on the rear of the car: 37126865541
After checking on RealOem, i matches F22 and F20 only
However after getting the F36 part number on real OEM, i found that they are the same Spec. (same weight)
So my questions is, would it matter? maybe they are different lengths?
