320d to 325d coversion

Hi Guys, does anyone know the difference in hardware for 320d and 325d?

Would be interested to squeeze extra power out of my car.

You will have to check all parts that differs in the parts catalog.

But to start you will need two new turbo chargers, the exhaust manifold and intercooler.

The 320d uses a single turbo charger and the 325d has dual turbo chargers, one small and one larger.

M Performance Power Kit will give you around 15hp and 30Nm for the 320d. That's the quickiest fix with warranty still valid.

Hi, I have remapped my car 2 years ago, it should have ~220 hp which is around the same as 325d. However I would like to get closer to 260-270 hp which is achievable with 325d setup.

Will speak this week with guys specializing in tuning cars hope to find more info about this and other options.

I do not want to sacrifice reliability as up until now the car has been bulletproof for first 5.5 years and 215'000 km

Put additional stresses onto an engine with that much mileage and age on it, and, sooner or later, something will break.
