Let me be candid. I'm getting really fed up with the unprofessional attitudes and downright incompetence I have suffered in the so-called high end dealerships in the Vegas valley. Adding to the problem is that too many of the dealerships here are owned by one or two groups, so the derp just gets recycled from one dealership to another from what I can see. It's not like we can run over to the next town, either.

When it comes to BMW, have any of you found a reliable and trustworthy independent shop or specialist? Don't suggest I do it myself. I'm getting too old for that game.

Resurrecting this thread. Werkstatte in the Green Valley area is a good shop. The guys that work there seem to enjoy what they do and it shows in the way they interact with customers. They’ve done good work for me and were fair with pricing.
