Need help buying my first bimmer

I am planning to pull the trigger soon on a 2016 convertible 435i, I wanted to run the option list by you guys so I can get some input. Is there something important I am missing out on? The two things I was looking our for was the M package and the technology package. I leased my previous car without doing enough research and spent 3 years driving a car with very basic options that's why I am being extra careful this time.

Here is the option list: http://imgs.fyi/img/7hjw.jpg

The car is sold by a dealership, it is not cpo, is that a big deal? I was told that it has manufacturer's warranty until 50k miles, it has 30k miles on it right now. Anything specific to this car I should look out for before buying? Any feedback/help would be really appreciated, thank you!

Garage List
2006 BMW 330i  [5.00]
Looks to have a great option list. Only thing I see missing is blind spot detection but maybe they didnt offer it for 16s? Not a deal breaker. I dont think without CPO is a deal breaker either. Any photos?

In my opinion you're not missing a thing. Blind spot and that stupid drive assist lane departure option completely unnecessary. Is your hart set on a cabrio? And what are they asking?

i'd probably go with the 435 if i have a chance to choose again....and the M package is a must...without it i feel it's not completed

but i think for the manu. warranty, its 4 years or 50000miles....my expired today actually but my car is barely 25000miles....its 4yrs or 50k miles whichever come first

Find out the in service date for the car and four years later your warranty will expire, unless it expires earlier due to having reached 50k miles. You may want to inquire how much it would cost to have CPO coverage for the car.

CPO is a must for me. Nice options, but skip.

If you are being extra careful as you have shared - do your best to put your emotions at bay (I know it's hard) - and find a good car with 100% known history, maintenance, ownership etc...and remember buying the car is only the first step - maintaining it is another story.

Plenty of people buy years old cars that originally sold for $70k+ for pennies on the dollar only to be reminded when it comes time to maintain and repair it's still a $70k+ car

Good luck on your quest - lots of cars out there, choose wisely
