How long do you guys plan to keep your F series for ?

Every person I talked to said the new gen G20 platform are fuglier, the interior looks great but people have also said the material feels cheaper. It seems like BMW has ran out of ideas for exterior and are just changing it for the sake of changing it. I guess more reasons to keep my F32 for 10+ years. How long are you guys planning to keep your F series ?

I personally like the G20 look (at least the M sport body) and the interior also.

I'm almost 100% sure I won't be buying out my car when my lease ends.

Until the warranty runs out. I have CPO coverage until late 2020, will probably jump back into a Suby after that. Hopefully we will finally get the Sti with a new drivetrain by then.

I am setting my car up to keep for another 5 years. It should be paid off this year.

Starting to replace stock parts with either OEM or upgraded. Also getting time to start doing maintenance besides oil changes.

For the amount of work you done your car, I'd keep it for 10 years lol.

A lot longer than I was originally planning, now that the G20 is out
Not keen on BMWs latest exterior design language
Yeh, I know that the interior is better but they're still behind Audi and MB on design and quality

I plan on keeping my car for as long as I can, I love the lines and body style of the F30. the newer cars don't look as aggressive, I personally like the sharper lines and headlights especially of the F30. if I had the chance to buy again right now I think I would still get 2013-2015 over the newest models, 2014/15 probably because of EWG. the G20 park assist is pretty awesome though, and they moved the stupid door unlock button too didn't they?

Decided to buy mine off-lease and will keep it for another 7 years or 100k miles. Just not a fan of the new design.

Unless they bring the G21 Touring to the US, this will be my last BMW.

Next purchase will be a CPO E63 estate.

I'll be looking out for the many DIY threads you'll post at those mileages

I know that this journey will not be without its challenges... hoping for no pitfalls.

I just realized I posted this in the wrong section, since it has no pics lol. Should have put it in the general F30 section.

Lol, I hid my receipts when I sold my E92 335i, just seeing it would make the buyer run away.

Only have 17k miles. So far I really enjoy the car. Kept my e46 330 for 15 years until the wife totaled it. Hopefully I can do the same for my F30 340 (minus the wife totaling it of course). Let's hope it is as reliable as the last car.

I like the G20 I wont lie to myself, but- staying with my F30 for at least 6 years.

Same as this guy. I'll be done paying it off in 4 years, but I want to live without a car payment for a bit.

This is my favorite sounding car with the exhaust setup, and in my opinion it looks good as fuck.
