They said it's an auction which is why they have the lowest price in the market and cannot negotiate.
I never bought a used car from an auction please let me know how this website/car is? https://www.ncautoauction.com/detail...-18457002.html

It seems like there's a ton of dust built up in the rear seat from the picture. Kinda looks sketchy.

i live pretty far from this place so i'd need to figure everything out before heading out.

Salesman said 5 months factory warranty left but then production date is 2015 April. Shouldn't it expire in April then?

Let me know what you guys think! i'm driving a rental car. i need a real car !
Only way I buy a used car is to pay a trusted/reputable mechanic $100-$150 to put it on a lift and do a bumper to bumper visual inspection. Period.

Looks to be a pretty dang good deal unless it's got some weird repair history that you should check through Carfax.
Carfax is bunk and not to be trusted. Pay a trusted mechanic for a full inspection and have the car put on a lift.

Thanks for the inputs guys. It seems like its a bit risky driving all the way there without any certainty. I talked to the rep and all i remember him saying is Are you coming in? He tells me wrong info on the car.
Probably not worth the drive and hassle.
Im looking into 2015 cadillac ats 2.0T as there are a couple of these around me.

The ATS is interesting just very cramped inside and not necessarily the most refined power train but should be a good handler!

Very nice choice.

Was between that and my 328 when I needed to make a car decision.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think any factory M Sport has halogens and that type of wood trim. Also iirc all 8-speed M Sports have the 2TB shift lever and paddle shifters.
328i with any trim came with halogens

I'd just worry about accidents.
Yeah, early on 2TB didn't come standard with M Sport
