I've posted this on 6Post but as most of us hang out here, i thought i'd capture a wider audience

Wondering if someone can point me in the right direction for a set of TPMS Sensors for the 6 GC...

I had a set of alloys that I used on my F30 but when I put that set onto the F06, the TPMS throws an error every time saying it can't read the pressure etc.

This led me to believe that the F30 (2016) and the F06 (2016 too) used different sensors or the same sensors but with different frequencies?

I've seen these on Amazon:

But in the description it says F30 too so not sure.

The part number I've come across is 36106798872

Any help/advice will be much appreciated.

F06 uses 433mhz sensors same as F30

Have you reset the tyre monitor is iDrive? How old are the sensors and when were they last used? Their batteries may have ran out.

Thanks mate.

Yeah did the reset but it just errors out.

They are from Dec 2017. Used 3 times (5 month stints or so) since then.

How long do the batteries last?

My current summer wheels have TPMS and the car is a 2016 - no issues with the batteries on them :

Have you driven the car with these wheels on? They may not get assigned to the control module until driven for 9 minutes.

Yeah, Had the wheels on for over a week (back in Feb) travelling 50 miles a day. Still got the error on ebery reset I tried.

Thinking if getting those sensors from Amazon. If they don't work, they have a good return policy

Those amazon ones are nasty non-genuine ones, available for £30 on ebay:

I’d defo recommend sticking with genuine BMW ones.
