European specd nbt for US f30

Hello all, Ive been reading on the forum for a while now and couldn't find anything much on EU spec nbt units being used in the US. From the reading I have been doing I know that sat. radio wont work but not a deal breaker for me. I am driving a 2013 f30 that was built in February and I do not have a combox so the retrofit should be strait forward. My question is what do I have to code to make it work in the US.

1. Make sure everything turns on
2. I assume i will have to change the language to US english
3. FSC code for navigation for US region based on NBT vin

Thanks in advance

I had the German version and US English was not a language option on the screen, I had to code a number of languages off and enable English US. Mine still has the German phone numbers on bmw assist which I would love to change to US numbers.
