Hey all,

Looking into stepping into a F30 and I have a this deal proposed. I have never leased so please, I would appreciate the help!

My 2 options are: $30,000 to buy it out or assume lease.

But my question is: If I assume lease paying the $415 (includes tax) + $3150 security deposit to BMW Financial which I will get back, does that knock down the buy out price? Say BMW says the buyout is 30k right now. If i lease it for a month and decide to purchase would I just pay $29,585?

Payments are of $415 which includes tax.

KBB on the car is $32,798
