Pics of my Apex Wheels on the late 335iXGT
I had never posted these, and not sure why. I thought I did.
(now I know why, you need to host at a URL to post them). Anyway, During Covid (Winter 2020) I purchased Apex Wheels: EC-7 Anthracite 18x8.5 ET35 and 18x9.5 ET43 wheels I went with Firestone FireHawk 245/45R-18 and 275/40R-18 tires with TPMS. Hunter Roadforce balanced. Worked great for 4 short Michigan summers. Put them on this spring, and within a week car was totaled. They measure 4-4.5mm tread depth. Here's what they looked like. No scuffs or curb rash. I will be putting them in the classifieds but wanted to at least post here for what they look like. -PJ And couldn't resist a pic of my previous cars that were in a long forgotten photobucket folder! Miss both of these, too! |

Sorry, bike crash Memorial Day weekend. Broken foot, bruised hip and ribs….and ego. Tree: not a scratch!
As is there was plenty of room to go wider out back for even more stagger (like 1.5” inside and an inch outside) for tire, not so much in the front. I was surprised at that. I did 18s to have a bit more Cush for crappy Michigan roads. Now that I’m out of the boot I will see about posting the wheels in classifieds. Will try first as wheel/tire/tpms mounted set |
