Congrats on the new build and the plan to turn the garage into a sick home gym. I feel you on the cost, but trust me, it's worth it.
I recently got myself a heavy bag for apartment, and it's been a lifesaver. I've been able to switch up my workout routine, and it's been so convenient, especially with the limited gym options. As for the garage gym, I think you're definitely on the right track with your equipment choices. The Peloton sounds like a solid option for those who enjoy classes. Holy thread resurrection Batman! I didn’t have a garage at the time this thread came into existence but I do now. So as this is back up in the recent threads I’ll post this here.
Just need to sort out some scissor trusses so I can do more overhead work with the barbell in there. |
