I don't think its that great. Not quite the support it had a year ago to be honest. I'd wait it out a bit for better... For a 420d, I'd be looking at no more than £280 inc VAT on a 9+23. Putting things into perspective, I pay £415 inc VAT per month on a 6+23, 10k mpa for my 435i and thats with a few options included.
