F36 440i had a aftermarket tune on the car when I drove off the lot, didint know at t
I currently own a 2019 440i and bought this car in July of 2023. At the time I didint know, but the car had and still has a stage 3 xHP tune on it. It was there the day I drove off the lot. Would I be eligible for some kind of price reduction or money back?

Unless they documented in the paperwork that it specifically did NOT have a transmission flash then I'd imagine you're SOL.
That's like arguing it had an aftermarket part. So what, it's a used car. The best you could hope for I guess is them flashing it back to stock settings. How did you find out about the flash? |
