Gap between hood and headlight ?
I recently noticed a gap between the head light and the hood , I've tried lowering the hood latch and the small rubber stoppers next to it it did make a significant difference however the gap is still noticeable... any idea of why ? And how much a body shop would charge to fix the gaps it's on the passenger side

Looks more like the bumper to me. The bumper-hood gap gets progressively bigger as it moves out from the center.

Since nobody mentioned it, are those DEPO lights and aftermarket M replica bumper on your 320i? Or is this a different car?
If so, there's your answer.

I saw that as well, but the bumper and fender align, so I still think the headlight is out of place, as if it was pushed backwards from where it should be.

Trying to align a bunch of aftermarket parts that weren't designed for each other can be difficult to impossible, I see it all the time. It doesn't hurt to mess with it tho.

I was going to say if you have contact with the body shop they generally have lifetime warranties on insurance work, if not yeah I'd mess with the headlights.

I see nothing wrong. My headlight gaps look just like the OP's. The driver side headlight gap is always more, since that light gets angled down to prevent blinding oncoming drivers.
