I'm running Stage 2 BM3 FBO 75k miles

So, in order to pass smog in CA. I would need to swap my Hi Flow ER Downpipe with the stock & also flash the car back to stock & also lock the dme. Then drive over to smog place to test?

If you do have to flash back to stock be sure to drive 100 miles or so before you get the test as the sensors reset after a reflash and it takes time for them to get to the "ready" state.
what he said...

I have a BM3 stage 1 with everything stock including stock downpipe. According to my OBD2 reader.... All my sensor are at the ready and running correctly. This should pass but...I might reflash back to stock just to be sure.

No need to lock the dme, just drive the car for about 60-100 miles cruising speeds and city driving to reset the sensors, then you should be good to test.
