Hello all

2016 340i xdrive, stage 2.0 93+ OTS map. VRSF catless dp, cts intake, snow methanol injection. 94 octane fuel from Petro Canada.

Logging last night produced some scary results. Power was there, 2 runs were done both with and without methanol.

Without meth produced 480whp on virtual dyno, and with meth made 516whp.

The logs are scary, it's showing a constant knock of 72 on all logs and cyl 6 timing is showing steady 0.

Is this an error in logging or is something foul at play?

Any insight appreciated, sorry if I left anything out.

something wrong with cylinder 6 , could be spark or inj. check it first , never saw this
is the car driving good ? , no shaking or something else

Oddly enough, yes the car seems to be driving perfectly fine. No shaking or any sounds that I could identify. The virtual dyno numbers were almost identical from before it was happening. I was suspecting injector or plug as well, this seems to be the easiest place to start.

Update: It seems there was an error with the logging, the values shown belong to the category below it.

I did another run today, I still see 2 knock events in the low range.

better, but you really need more octane, timing is low
is this log with the methanol or without

This was with the methanol, 50/50 water+meth blend by weight

mmm, with the methanol your timing should be better... i,m not very familiar with WMI and settings and if you can adjust, but i think WMI should improve timing
