Look up g2 caliper paint lots of people have had good results with it. Some haven't but that's most likely cause they didn't follow the instructions you need to do it to the t and it will come out amazing.

I feel like if they don't like you or you drove there on a very expensive car that the product/service prices will change accordingly.

They have been around for 20 years. Took my 2000 A4 there 20 years ago any my 2018 M3 CS not too long ago for a new front lip... prices were consistent and fair. Call them up for a quote.
