bm3 aggression setting

I've been reading a lot of different posts about putting aggression setting too high on the stock dp, it can ruin it. What about aftermarket ( ER catless dp)? how high can I go with it? or maybe I plan on running the AGG OTS map from bm3. Does it hurt the engine?

Also, I plan on flashing my car to MPPSK or stage 1 somewhere middle of this week.
Is it necessary to get a datalog for MPPSK/stage 1 tune?
if I do, can I datalog as soon as flash my car, or is there a grace period where I should let the car calibrate a bit before doing so?

Thanks a bunch in advance!

I emailed them with the same question. Basically, as long you're catless, you can run max aggression.

Stock dp I think is recommended at 5.6 max

I've been wondering this as well.

The burble sound that it's producing actually happens inside the combustion chamber with the timing just being adjusted so the exhaust valve is open when it occurs. There's gotta be alot of heat because of that. Even if you're catless, that exhaust is still going through the hot side of the turbo. I know it's cast but I wonder if it could potentially damage the turbo.
