VRSF chargepipe

I ordered this charge pipe awhile back ago, still haven't received, so I looked into the forum for some feedback. After reading some delightful (awful) stories of fitment issues, shipping issues. I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt since I have receive other parts super quick and decent quality. Should I give up on them? Is an ER charge pipe worth the extra 80 something bucks?

How long ago, and the the seller say they were in stock? I'd say if the VRSF fits like it is supposed to, it's a great pipe at a great price. If it doesn't fit it's not worth $1, therefore making the ER worth $80 more, in the relevancy of functionality. I'd love to hear VRSF finally makes one that fits correctly.
The one I received in May 2018 did not fit. The ER fit perfect.

I gotta say...

Why not give Treadstone Performance Engineering (Miami, FL) a shot?

I have both their charge pipe and turbo side pipe on my N20/N26.

Perfect fitment, excellent build quality and a VERY FAIR PRICE.

For the record, I paid $320 shipped for the full kit.

Tiago actually made an appearance in this thread: https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1546718 and discussed their DP issues. They have allegedly been resolved. Still unsure about the charge pipe though.

Are these the parts from them that you've got? They definitely look high quality in the pictures, and reasonably priced. ER is cheaper at $315, but these Treadstone ones look really well made.

Do you have pics of them installed by chance?

Yes, these are the ones that I have. I can take pics for you.

They are rock solid and fit very tightly and perfectly.

Hmmm good to know. Yah pics would be cool, just to see them installed if it's not too much trouble. I'm not in the market for CP/TIC right now, but if/when I am, Treadstone is now on my radar at least.

Thanks for the pics, exactly what I was looking for . It's just nice to see something installed to see how it looks in the car. Looks good! Treadstone seems like a viable intercooler piping supplier, surprised I haven't heard of them before.

I just installed the VRSF charge pipe and a VRSF FMIC and it went in fine. I did get the replacement o-ring before trying and it works fine and has not thrown any codes almost 3 weeks post-op.

I'm really digging those. I especially like that they come standard in black. They give the car a factory look, which is huge for us in CA since most of these charge pipe kits aren't CARB approved parts. Passing the visual during emissions inspection should be a snap with these.

I'm happy to say our latest revision of this chargepipe has been corrected and there are no longer any fitment issues for the N20. Same goes for the downpipes. The chargepipes are arriving back in stock in about 2-3 weeks

The chargepipes aren't in stock at the moment and they're listed as back order.

OP: I've sent you a PM regarding your order.

The N26 have been in stock for a few months now. Sounds like you may be looking at the incorrect item, can you shoot over a link to the item you're referencing?

Does the n26 chargepipe have it’s own product page? I’m only able to Locate the n20/n26 version on your site. Can you provide a link?

Hi guys. I've accidently ordered a n55 intercooler for my n47 f31 320d. Will a n55 intercooler fit n47 with or without modifications? Suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If I had to guess, I'd say it would fit, but I know effectively nothing about the diesel world. I'd recommend you ask this question in the diesel subforum.

The chargepipes are identical between the N20 and the N26.
