19 inch winter tyres

What size and which make are recommended. To fit some shadow alloys I have.

I run standard tyre sizes in 19" winters (225x40 & 255x35) and use Vredestein Wintrac Extreme S, been very good.

I also used Nokian WR A3's before now replaced with A4's which were brilliant.

The new Vredestein Wintrac Pro are very very good.

I have the Continental Winter Contact TS860S on 19" wheels

They're a performance winter tyre so much less of the spongey delay in response thing going on, I only ever buy Continental Winter tyres as they seem to win all the reviews and having used Pirelli Sottozero I can honestly say the difference is night and day in favour of the Contis

I’ve fitted 245.35.19 continental winters for the front & 265.35.19 Pirelli sottozeros for the back today...
