can you post more details on your lease? because that's a realllllly low monthly payment for a car with $55.5k msrp
i'm looking at a 2016 340i with MSRP of $53k
negotiated price $48,360
and getting something close to $600/month on a 36 month, 12k miles/year lease

Does you include MSD's?

MSD's are a separate decision. They are a great way to lower your MF and monthly payment. The downside is if you want to transfer the lease, it can be difficult to get that money back from the person assuming the lease.

I must pay respect and appreciation to both OneRibe and Xrave for assisting me with a respectable lease on a 340 .. $657 / 36 mo with 15k miles and $1k down all in.

New thread coming on "wear n tear package" for $1375 ????

You haven't given enough info for anyone to say. What I will tell you is forget about the monthly payment. Go in and negotiate the price of the car. Then you make sure you get the base MF (I don't know how BMWFS does this with a CPO). From there you can figure out if it's cheaper to lease than buy. Also how long do you want to keep the car?

I would recommend you lease a new F30, because your payments will still be in the same range. If you want to buy, then a CPO is still a good deal.

Are you allowed to debadge a leased car? I'd love to remove the ugly Xdrive badge on the back but obviously I won't if they'll have an issue with it.

Also, same question but for tinting the windows. Is that allowed?

You can tint windows for sure, I've never heard of a person being dinged for adding Tint, you just won't be recouping that cost in anyway. Regarding the badging,I would just keep the badging safe over the course of the lease and then re-install before you hand it back over.

My loaner was debadged, thought that was interesting.

I think you actually can debadge, but I would just confirm any of these questions with your dealer to be safe.

Hello guys,

I am looking to get into my first lease. I have owned other BMW's before but want to try out the leasing option as the ability to upgrade every 3 years is great. Now I have zero experience with leasing cars. What are the current numbers you guys in the Atlanta, GA are getting? What is the best offer out there? I'm looking for a 428 GC m-sport. I would like to put no more than $2000 down. Looking for a standard 36/10 term. Please give me all the insight you have and/or if you can recommend any SA's or dealerships to check out. Thank you in advance. All help is extremely appreciated!!!!!

I'm not in ATL, but I wouldn't put any money down on the lease short of the required fees and first month payment. Negotiate the price like a financed car and make sure your get the base MF. The rest is pretty straight forward. You can spend money on MSDs if you want to lower the MF.

I'm sure those local to you can provide what types of deals are available.

From what I've seen in the lease transfer/for sale area of the forums, people are more than willing to pay MSDs back assuming the monthly payment is reasonable. So I don't see it being a big risk on a high demand car like the M3.

Good to know. The more people know about MSD's, the better the situation will become.

Hi, I can't post much yet so leaving this here. Just got out of the dealer and wanted to know if you guys think this is a good deal.

I was quoted 705 a month for a 2017 430i XDrive Convertible with 2K down, and 4.5K for taxes, first month , etc. This is for a European Delivery about 1500 above invoice for a sales price of 54,110. Residual at 57% - Includes Driver Assistance, Premium Package, Haram surround, Side and Top view cameras. They also told me with a similar build for a 440i it would come out to 750-760. Do you guys familiar with BMW leases think these are good numbers? or any advice on how to further lower this?

Thanks

@dbravo90
I'm not near my computer, but looking at it I think you should be able to get a better deal on the price. ED isn't coming from their stock so invoice to 1000 over should be your goal. If you are getting the base money factor, then my only other advice would be to skip the down payment on the lease.

Usually only on the unpaid amount. It could vary by state.

How much are you guys getting off on MSRP on 2016 340i? Right now I'm on the fence between a fully loaded 340i has everything I want down to the color and interior vs a very Stripped down 2016 M3.

Go for stripped down m3. If the engine and the experience matters. But if you want a good engine still plus all the gadgets do for the 340i.

You can definitely get off 10 percent of the MSRP. Make the sure the MF is .00137. Dealers will make you use MSD to get there which I believe is a rip off.
