installing a USB charger between steering wheel and door?
Hi all!
In my f36 I use a vent-mount for my phone. I prefer this between the wheel and the door so that it doesn't block my idrive. At the moment, i have a USB cable going from that, over my steering wheel column and to the cigarette lighter port in the centre console. Is there somewhere behind the dash I could splice into to steal 12-24v power, so I can install something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I would then like to run a USB cable from behind the dash and through the air vent into the vent mount. Has anyone done this before? Thanks!
