What's the difference between the H&R adaptive vs the standard bmw ones I have fitted ?

What's the difference between the H&R adaptive vs the standard bmw ones I have fitted ?

I'm meaning that I have the optional extra adaptive suspension, but I replaced the standard springs with H&R's.

Fairly low once settled, reasonably firm ride which is a bit relentless over rough terrain, but flawless when getting the hammer down, the car feels planted and confidence inspiring to drive in a spirited way!
