Agreed. I had a 1991 5 series which was smaller than my current 2016 3 series. My 2000 3 series was also smaller. My last two 1 series cars were bigger externally than the 2000 3, but curiously had less space inside. I find my current 3 to be a big car when it comes to parking spaces so hell knows what the G20 is going to be like. It appears that all that additional size is going towards a bigger engine bay and lots of electronics rather than actual comfort space.
