New wheels set bmw F30 issue

Hello guys. I will buy a New set of wheels Jr21 r19 on my bmw F30 320d rwd.

My question is i will have any issue with this wheels on this spec

Front et 35 8.5j r19 with 225 40 r19 tires
Rear et 35 9.5 j r19 with 255 35 r19 tires?

I just wanna be 100% sure if its safe and no issue with this spec

I don't know why either.... there so many thread about wheel spec... these are common spec for lowered cars.

Yes, those will fit if your car is lowered, especially for the rear. 19x9.5 et35 will poke out at stock ride height, about 5mm depending what tire brand your using.

Im gonna use normal tyres not run flat, ive got low slung m suspension 704 but I will put eibach pro kit too to get more lowered. Many F30 owners told me if I dont put oem spec wheels and tires i will have problems, thats why im asking about this spec
