440i Remus axleback on 435i

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if a 440i remus axleback will bolt on a 435i

Found a good deal and i was wondering

It looks like the opening is at a slight different angle on the 435i version. You should be able to get an exhaust shop to make it work though. First picture is for a 335i, second is the 340i.
