Fsc code Generator

Ok well I tried this one and I still got the same results. However now when I try to use my existing maps, I get a prompt to enter a code there too. I double checked and the maps that my car has are still the same maps.

I also checked the folder name as you suggested to compare to the NAVD_... number and it does match what was in the XML I posted.

What else could be wrong? :-\ Any help would be greatly appreciated as my maps are currently broken

Maybe the DE file that I generated? I didnt' have any problems when generating it following the directions with e-sys and then converting it to base 64. It loads without issue into the fsc code generator so all of that seems just fine... I have NBT maps, and the interface looks like one of the pictures that call it NBT so I'm assuming I have NBT. Is there a different way to generate the DE file vs 1B file (NBT vs CIC) ?

If anyone has a setup able to generate FSC codes, maybe you could help me test by generating one with the file that I generated and we can compare to what I was able to generate?

Post your extracted FSC file from esys and send me via PM the code you generated. I'll take a look for you. You are 100% sure you have the NBT?

I am not 100% sure so here is a screenshot that may help to determine...

Hey kitster, your PM box is full it looks like. I'm still unable to get the right first portion of the code for some reason... I was able to generate the same fsc file that you returned tho.

Sounds like the fsc file I sent you is all good

just compare my file with the one you are attempting to create. It should show you where the breaks are.

It's been a while since I used the FSC generator. For the 2015-2 NA Premium for CIC, the value that needs to be changed to generate the correct code should be?

The result of fsc a.hex 0x28 0x08 > Code.txt is "version after create () = 0xD1" and the Code.txt is empty.

Hi guys,

i have a big problem. First the steps i did before the problem:
- open e-sys and tried to load FSC it; it says all the time "select file to open" - so i wondered because i have no file to open. I tried many times and at the end i took the FSC from the pages of this thread with the VIN KS91992
- i pushed false button , i dont push the save , i pushed "run" so i think the FSC from VIN KS91992 is in my car. Can it be?
- now my installed map Europe Next 2014-1 is locked and would like a code

After this steps i recognize that it was false so i download the FSC in car like the manual in this thread but i got all the time with the VIN KS91992. Thats the reason why i think i saved false FSC in my car.

With this FSC i tried to create codes. But no one worked. So i opened the FSC into the editor in e-sys and change the VIN to mine and saved again to car. After this i tried to create new codes ... no one workes.

I have Europe NEXT 2014-1 installed in the car and NEXT 2015-2 on stick. I created codes for 0xA9 0x05 till 0x09.

Someone who can help me ? Im down after 7 hours of tests...

Add: Attached the actual files from car. one direct saved file .. another after base64.

You cannot use 1B / DE File from another VIN and simply edit it and change the VIN. You must use the one from your Head Unit.

No. F144965_00DE0001.fsc is corrupt. Open file in E-Sys FSC-Editor, and you will see it fail. You can make code from it, but it will not be correct.
