Are you the original owner? If so, it should be under the free maintenance program for 4yrs or 50K miles whichever comes first and yes, wiper blades are covered under that.

I just got a pair of OEM blades for $ 25, shipped. The part # is 61612159627. Google it, find the best deal where you are. Changing them takes 30 seconds, no tools. That's for an F30. If you don't have an F30, can't tell by your garage, you're in the wrong forum.

Wipers aren't a warranty item. Maybe maintenance--not sure what the "free" maintenance, if any, covers it the UK.

To OP, not sure if this aftermarket pair will work:
https://www.buycarparts.co.uk/denso/11014234 Make sure the replacements have the pointy ear fitment pieces, or else they won't sit flush to the wiper arms. Mine BMW logo wipers have lasted 2 years, going on to 3rd rainy season. Do try to clean the blade edges with rubbing alcohol, that may restore the cleaning capability of the blades. |

I had this happen for a while - just brush them over with some melted butter to fix the noise. You can use a cooking brush if you have one, or just use a hand towel dampened in the melted butter. The key is just to add a thin layer.

People from Glasgow would never let a good Scotch be used on wiper blades. A nice Beefeater gin should work just fine.

What's with the Facebook-type replies? Too many holiday spirits being consumed?!
Thankfully the OP was only asking about wiper blades.

I wonder if the Mexican-built G20s will have their wipers pre-treated with tequila... 🤔

I think that the wipers are hitting the OSR (UK) A pillar of the car. Possible alignment or bushings of the wiper arm are incorrect research reveals so car is going to the dealer on 18th for suspension work anyway so will ask them to check the wiper system.
